Aputure LS 1200d Pro. Professional 1200 W COB LED daylight in a kit with control box, 3 different beam reflectors and corresponding carrying bags. The Light Storm 1200d Pro is the flagship of the Light Storm series and the most powerful light in the Aputure and Light Storm product range. It uses a Daylight COB 1200W chipset to compete on equal terms with industry standard HMI luminaires, giving an amazing output of 83,100+ lux at 3m with the narrow beam Hyper Reflector.
The LS 1200d Pro is the first and only LED on the market to have a Bowens mount and a 1200W COB. This combination makes it the highest output LED light compatible with Bowens Mount accessories such as its softboxes and Light Dome lights Aputure. The LS 1200d Pro can also be used with Bowens mount softboxes made by companies such as DoPchoice and Chimera Lighting.

The LS 1200d Pro is part of the Light Storm Pro series, with a design that makes it resistant to adverse weather conditions. It uses waterproof fans, a sealed interior, rubber covers on all ports and waterproof connectors, so that it can cope with harsh environments where adverse weather conditions prevail.
As a professional light in the Light Storm series, the 1200d Pro features improved stepless dimming, as well as light control in 0.1% steps, ensuring you get exactly the amount of light you need.
Designed for professional lighting technicians, the Light Storm 1200d Pro integrates sACN and Art-net protocols via a rugged etherCON connection contact, as well as the Lumenradio CRMX wireless protocol. Additionally, it features built-in controls, DMX512 5-Pin XLR input and output, and compatibility with the Sidus Link® smartphone app, for seamless integration and collaboration with any lighting workflow you use.
Integration into the Sidus Mesh network allows users to control the 1200d Pro from almost any smartphone or tablet with the Sidus Link mobile app up to 400m away alongside other units including the Aputure LS 600d Pro, LS 600x Pro, Accent B7c, MC and Nova P600c.
With excellent color accuracy index values of CRI ≥96, TLCI ≥98, CQS≥95 and SSI (D56) ≥73, the 1200d Pro consistently delivers precision light quality to all cinematographers who will use it.
As the flagship Light Storm product, the LS 1200d Pro also features a redesigned control unit. This new control box features DMX512 input and output ports, an industry standard etherCON connector, two 48V/15A XLR 3-pin inputs and an AC input all located on the side of the fixture in an orientation that maximizes flexibility and minimizes property damage. This allows the control box to stand upright on its feet so that it can be placed and used seamlessly in the shooting scene. The control box also has two Lightning clamps for different mounting orientations on the fixture bracket you are using.
As a 1200W COB LED luminaire with a maximum power consumption of 1440W, the Light Storm 1200d Pro is a high-powered unit that can compete on par with HMIs, while also being capable of running on direct current (DC) batteries. The 1200d Pro control box has two DC 48V/15A (720W) inputs. Supplying power to one input will allow the 1200d Pro to operate at half power, while supplying sufficient power to both inputs will give the fixture full power. With a maximum power consumption of 1440W, the LS 1200d Pro can also easily be powered by a 2000W Honda generator compared to similarly specced HMI fixtures that may overload the system.
The LS 1200d Pro can create 8 different lighting effects: “Paparazzi”, “Fireworks”, “Lightning”, “Faulty Bulb”, “TV”, “Pulsing”, “Strobe” and “Explosion”. It also has the ability to further expand into the SidusPro FX special effects ecosystem.
It also features a detailed LCD screen that operates with a refreshed and professional user interface, displays important information in an intuitive way and includes clearly visible light intensity and color information.
The LS 1200d Pro kit along with the redesigned control box and 3 supplied Hyper Reflectors comes in a rolling bag with reflector carrying case for easy transport between shooting locations.
